Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This website is operated by SteadyGrowth Group LLC ("we", "us"), Naples, NY. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you send a booking request or contact us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, travel dates and number of guests. We use them only to respond to you and manage your stay.

Bookings and payments

Booking requests sent through this site are stored and delivered to us by Wix.com, the platform that hosts this website, and we reply by email or text to confirm your stay. This site does not take card payments. If you book with us on Airbnb or Vrbo, their own privacy policies apply to what you enter there.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics, a service from Google, to understand how visitors use this site, for example which pages are viewed and whether a booking request was sent. It uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. When we advertise on Google, Google may also use cookies to measure whether an ad led to a booking request. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, adjust ad settings at adssettings.google.com, or block cookies in your browser.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run bookings and this site (such as Wix.com and Google), or when required by law.
